Break/Fix IT Support*

  While we believe our Managed Services plans provide the most value to our clients, we also offer Break/Fix support for any non-managed services client to help you when you experience a technical problem.

We have a full time, on-call support solution that includes:

Technician Dispatch

We can visit your location when we are unable to fix it remotely.

*Break/Fix services are available by the hour, or you may purchase hours in packaged plans of 10, 15 , 30 or 50 hours.

Report an Incident

Go on-line and create an account to create a trouble ticket.  All tickets will be addressed within a 24 hour period.
