The server that hosts your e-mail has experienced a hardware failure and we are unable to recover the server, including your e-mail data on the server.
This does not affect any e-mail that has been downloaded to an e-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or Mozilla Thunderbird.
At this time, your data (any mail that was stored on the server) is not recoverable and a backup is not available.
To avoid any further issues, we have upgraded your account to a more redundant and reliable solution.
This move requires changes to the way you access your account. You must update your e-mail client settings and use new web addresses to manage and access your e-mail online. Your e-mail forwarding settings will remain intact.
